Today trading is expected between the broad levels of 4940-5215. If the market breaches the level of 5170 on the upper side then the next resistance level will be 5215. But if nifty breaches the support level of 5030 then it may go down till the level of 4940.

Based on the running trading scenario bank nifty future is expected to trade between the broad levels of 9330-10190. Bank nifty futures can go down till the level of 9330 once it breaks the level of 9610. On the opposite side once breaking the level of 10050, it is expected to go upward till the level of 10190. Bank nifty will be trading between the narrow ranges of 9610-10050.

The SENSEX closed 81 points up at 16,912 and the NIFTY stood at 5114, up by 27 points.

BSE Small-Cap index was up by 0.30% while the BSE Mid-Cap index finished 0.52% up.CNX MIDCAP 50 index was up 0.34% and S&P CNX 500 was up around 0.59%.

• CAIRNINDIA with volume 33, 14,162 and changed -2.39%. 
• JPASSOCIAT with volume 2, 16, 01,549 and changed -2.25%. 
• HCLTECH with volume 4, 16,391 and changed -2.17%.
