NIFTY SPOT LEVEL: 9^TH MAY 2012

Today trading is expected between the broad levels of 4900-5170. If the market breaches the level of 5085 on the upper side then the next resistance level will be 5170. But if nifty breaches the support level of 4950 then it may go down till the level of 4900.

BANK NIFTY FUTURES: 9^TH MAY 2012

Based on the running trading scenario bank nifty future is expected to trade between the broad levels of 9280-10080. Bank nifty futures can go down till the level of 9280 once it breaks the level of 9435. On the opposite side once breaking the level of 9835, it is expected to go upward till the level of 10080. Bank nifty will be trading between the narrow ranges of 9435-9835.

RESISTANCE LEVELS 

Resistance 1: 9835

Resistance 2: 10080

The SENSEX closed 366 points down at 16,546 and the NIFTY stood at 5000, down by 114 points.

BSE Small-Cap index was up down 0.87% while the BSE Mid-Cap index finished 1.28% down.CNX MIDCAP 50 index was down 1.48% and S&P CNX 500 was down around 2.02%.

• RELINFRA with volume 19, 77,621 and changed -5.94%.
• TCS with volume 48, 15,789 and changed -5.75%.
