Tomorrow trading is expected between the broad levels of 4665-4855. If the market breaches the level of 4810 on the upper side then the next resistance level will be 4855. But if nifty breaches the support level of 4715 then it may go down till the level of 4665.

Based on the running trading scenario bank nifty future is expected to trade between the broad levels of 8065-8545. Bank nifty futures can go down till the level of 8065 once it breaks the level of 8140. On the opposite side once breaking the level of 8435, it is expected to go upward till the level of 8545. Bank nifty will be trading between the narrow ranges of 8140-8435.

STOCK MARKET REVIEW: 3^RD JANUARY 2012

BSE Sensex ended at 15939, up 421 points or 2.72% over the previous close. It had earlier touched a day’s high of 15,970 . It had opened at 15,334. NSE Nifty closed at 4,765, up 128 points or 2.77% over the previous close. It earlier touched a day’s high of 4,773 and a day’s low of 4,675. It had opened at 4,675.

The BSE Mid-Cap index and the BSE Small-Cap index ended higher, up  around 2.42% and 2.33% respectively.

CNX MIDCAP 50 index was up 3.91% and S&P CNX 500 was up 2.73%.

KOTAK BANK with volume 7,850,303 and changed 6.4%.

TATA STEEL changed 5.7% with volume of 2,524,892.
